Ingredients

  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3-1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream together sugar, vegetable oil, butter, egg, and vanilla.
  2. Add the flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  3. Stir in Rice Krispies, oatmeal, and chopped nuts.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and press them with a fork.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until golden brown.
