Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2.5 cups mashed bananas
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pancake syrup
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  3. Beat together eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, oil, mashed bananas, vanilla, and pancake syrup until well combined.
  4. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon to the wet mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from pans and slicing.
