- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
- Beat together eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, oil, mashed bananas, vanilla, and pancake syrup until well combined.
- Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon to the wet mixture and mix well.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from pans and slicing.
