Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. meat sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Sear the round steak deeply on each side in hot oil.
  2. Brush the steak with prepared mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover the steak well with flour and brown in hot oil on both sides.
  4. Add lemon juice, melted butter, meat sauce, paprika, minced onion, and water to the skillet.
  5. Cover and cook slowly until the steak is tender.
