- Pound flour, salt, pepper, and Accent into the tenderized steak.
- Cut the steak into strips about 2 inches in size.
- Brown the steak strips in oil in a skillet.
- Add chopped onion to the skillet before the meat is fully cooked.
- Mix catsup, stock, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, stirring to dissolve.
- Cover tightly and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Lay pepper strips on top and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
- Add water as needed during cooking to maintain moisture.
