Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 packages (3 3/4 oz. each) butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package (6 oz.) butterscotch morsels

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Cream together butter and dry pudding mix until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and corn syrup.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture.
  5. Add butterscotch morsels.
  6. Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 12 minutes.
