Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or oleo
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups tiny marshmallows
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir together flour, chopped nuts, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Mix well and spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and evenly spread marshmallows on top.
  7. Bake about 3 minutes more until marshmallows are melted.
  8. Cool before cutting into bars.
