Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar dried beef
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Blend flour into 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat until bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
  4. Add remaining ingredients except remaining butter and bread crumbs, stirring well.
  5. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
  6. Combine remaining butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
