Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or 2 ducks
  • 4 bouillon cubes
  • Prepared cornbread
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cornbread and white bread into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, ground sage, and eggs to the bread mixture.
  3. Pour hot broth over the mixture and stir well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
