Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages broccoli
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 cups sliced cooked and boned chicken or 3 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and arrange in a greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
  3. Place cooked and boned chicken on top of the broccoli.
  4. Combine condensed cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; pour over the chicken.

  6. Combine bread crumbs with melted margarine.
