Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp basil
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter/margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp pepper
  • 2/3 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Blend parsley and basil into the butter.
  2. Combine the herb butter with the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add grated Parmesan, olive oil, chopped garlic, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Cook and drain the pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to the cheese mixture, stir well.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve.
