Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
  • 6 medium onions
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes and onions into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. Alternate slices, slightly overlapping, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
