Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup bran
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the egg and milk.
  2. Add oil and vanilla to the egg mixture; blend well.
  3. Mix in oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, wheat germ, bran, and shredded apple.
  4. Refrigerate the batter overnight.
  5. Cook on a hot griddle or non-stick skillet until golden brown on both sides.
