Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. boneless chuck roast, pork or deer
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 8 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a roasting pan.
  2. Cook for 5 to 6 hours at 300° Fahrenheit.
  3. The meat will fall apart with a fork.
