Ingredients

  • 2 cans sweet peas
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to develop flavors.
  3. Serve chilled; can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks.
