Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. oleo or butter, softened
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 3 c. uncooked oats
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, shortening, and both sugars.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, salt, and soda; beat into the mixture.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and knead into the mixture.
