Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 lb. ground beef

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings, and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in ground beef until well blended.
  3. On wax paper, pat the meat mixture out into a 9 x 13-inch rectangle.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the meat, leaving a small margin around the edges.
  5. Using the wax paper as a guide, roll up the meat, sealing in the cheese completely, and remove the wax paper.
