Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked ground turkey, chicken or beef ⓘ
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dry red wine ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil ⓘ
- 16 oz. Ricotta ⓘ
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon parsley ⓘ
- 1 egg, beaten ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 8 uncooked lasagne noodles ⓘ
- 8 oz. Mozzarella ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix the cooked ground turkey, spaghetti sauce, red wine, garlic powder, and dried basil in a microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave on high for 7 minutes until bubbly.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan, parsley, beaten egg, and pepper.
- Layer cooked lasagne noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers as desired and finish with cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
