Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 4 or 5 slices cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Instructions

  1. Layer the cooked and drained pork sausage, sliced mushrooms, sliced green onions, chopped tomato, and slices of cheese in the baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dried oregano together until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
