Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. sweet butter
  • 1 small cream cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. ground nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix sweet butter, cream cheese, and flour together until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 24 balls.
  3. Place each ball in a small muffin pan and smooth to form a cup shape.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and ground nuts well.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with the nut mixture.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
