Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp mustard
  • 3 Tbsp poppy seed
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 3 Tbsp minced onion or juice
  • finger dinner rolls
  • thin sliced ham or ground ham
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook mustard, poppy seed, margarine, and minced onion in a saucepan for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring well.
  2. Slice finger dinner rolls in half horizontally and baste the cut sides with the cooked mixture.
  3. Layer thin sliced ham or ground ham, then mozzarella cheese, repeating as desired to create layers.
  4. Place the assembled rolls in an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
