- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped onion to make the marinade.
- Rinse fish fillets and pat dry.
- Place fish in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Turn the fish over after 1 hour.
- Refrigerate the fish for an additional 1 hour.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
- Dip each fish fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with flour and bread crumbs firmly around the fish.
- Refrigerate the coated fish for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Remove the fish from the skillet after frying.
- In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter and add crushed garlic, cooking until light brown.
- Stir in chopped parsley and pour the garlic butter over the fried fish.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
