Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. carrots
  • whole tomatoes (3 or more per taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fresh peas for 40 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients: celery, chopped onion, carrots, whole tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
  4. Serve the flavored peas over rice.
