For The Crowd Casserole
A hearty casserole combining ground beef, creamy soups, corn, and noodles, topped with crunchy bread crumbs—perfect for feeding a crowd with comforting flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter ⓘ
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs ⓘ
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped onions ⓘ
- 12 oz. can drained whole kernel corn
- 1 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional) ⓘ
- 3/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. Accent ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine melted margarine or butter with bread crumbs and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and chopped onions together in a skillet.
- Mix the cooked beef and onions with drained corn, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, optional pimento, salt, Accent, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Add 3 cups of cooked noodles or spaghetti to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
