Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 12 oz. can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Combine melted margarine or butter with bread crumbs and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onions together in a skillet.
  3. Mix the cooked beef and onions with drained corn, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, optional pimento, salt, Accent, pepper, and garlic salt.
  4. Add 3 cups of cooked noodles or spaghetti to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
