Ingredients
- 1 lb. broccoli, cut into thin stalks ⓘ
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets ⓘ
- 1 large zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch ⓘ
- 1 patty pan or scallop squash, sliced 1/4-inch
- 6 to 8 mushrooms, washed and halved ⓘ
- 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into strips ⓘ
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips ⓘ
- 1/4 cup butter, melted ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Arrange vegetables on a large round glass platter that will fit in the microwave.
- Place broccoli around the edge; arrange cauliflower next to the broccoli.
- Alternate slices of zucchini, patty pan or scallop squash, halved mushrooms, and pepper strips toward the center of the dish.
