A delightful no-bake fruit cake with a rich mixture of dried fruits, nuts, and spices, perfect for festive occasions or as a sweet treat for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. graham crackers
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. currants
  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 c. candied fruits
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 c. marshmallows
  • 1 bottle red cherries
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers and fruit.
  2. Add spices and whipped cream; mix all together.
  3. Save enough crushed graham crackers to roll the cake in.
  4. Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
