Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine ⓘ
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar ⓘ
- 1 cup all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar ⓘ
- 8 oz. Neufchatel cheese ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ⓘ
- 3 fresh apples, sliced ⓘ
- 16 oz. Mandarin oranges ⓘ
- 20 oz. can pineapple ⓘ
- 1/4 pound fresh blueberries ⓘ
- 1/4 pound green grapes ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch ⓘ
- 1 cup juice from fruit plus water ⓘ
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add all-purpose flour to the mixture and blend to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a baking pan and bake until lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a saucepan, combine Neufchatel cheese, vanilla, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and fruit juice with water. Cook until thickened. Cool.
- Spread the cooled cheese mixture over the baked crust.
- Arrange sliced apples, mandarin oranges, pineapple, blueberries, and green grapes on top of the cheese layer.
- Pour the thickened fruit juice mixture over the arranged fruit.
- Refrigerate the fruit pizza for at least 2 hours before serving.
