Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Blend in wet ingredients: dried fruit, raisins, apple juice concentrate, eggs, and margarine.
- Divide batter evenly between 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans and cool completely before serving.
