Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 5 c. oatmeal, blended
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 24 oz. chocolate chips
  • 8 oz. grated chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl.
  2. Mix the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together and add to the creamed mixture.
  3. Add the chocolate chips, grated chocolate, and chopped nuts.
  4. Spread the dough on an ungreased cookie sheet or round throw-away pizza tin.
  5. Place in an oven set at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Decorate as desired and serve.
