Ingredients

  • 6 cups assorted chunks cooked turkey
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda pop
  • 1 package (10 to 12 oz.) frozen gnocchi
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Douse the cooked turkey with seasonings like salt, pepper, and paprika, then place it in a slow cooker or casserole dish.
  2. Mix sour cream with flour, undiluted cream of mushroom soup, drained mushrooms, and lemon-lime soda pop until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the seasoned turkey in the slow cooker or casserole.
  4. Add frozen gnocchi to the dish.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, or bake at low temperature until dinner.
