Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 slice bread, torn into bits
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of A.1. sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Gouda cheese round
  • 1 1/2 cups catsup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, egg, chopped onion, torn bread, Worcestershire sauce, A.1. sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture around the Gouda cheese round, ensuring it is completely enclosed.
  3. Mix together catsup and vinegar, then pour over the meat loaf.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
  5. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
