Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the first four ingredients: 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup butter, and 1/4 cup brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
