Ingredients

  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, chopped onions, egg, milk, and tomato paste in a bowl.
  2. Stuff the cleaned green peppers with the beef mixture.
  3. Place the stuffed peppers in a pressure cooker and add water or tomato juice.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
