Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar chopped dried beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese with milk until smooth.
  2. Add dried beef, green bell pepper, dried onion flakes, garlic salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Fold in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Place the mixture in a serving dish.
  5. Brown pecans in butter and salt in a skillet.
  6. Top the dip with the browned pecans.
  7. Heat the dish in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Alternatively, the dip can be served chilled without pecans and butter.
