Ingredients

  • 1 large package frozen French-cut green beans
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp oleo, melted
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the frozen French-cut green beans.
  2. Toss the beans with salad oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish.
  4. Stir together bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted oleo, then sprinkle over the beans.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
