- Mix ground chuck, egg, rice, chopped celery, chopped onion, oats, crackers or bread crumbs, chopped green peppers, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
- Stuff the parboiled green peppers with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a 13 x 9-inch dish and pour tomato sauce over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
