Ingredients

  • egg
  • ground cumin
  • hot sauce
  • cayenne pepper
  • croutons
  • chili powder
  • mushroom
  • worcestershire sauce
  • lean ground beef
  • celery
  • clove garlic
  • ground black pepper
  • carrot
  • ketchup
  • honey
  • ground thyme
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 325F Fahrenheit
  2. Combine croutons and seasonings for meatloaf in food processor and blend until fine.
  3. Mix together the meat, veggies, and crouton blend by hand until mixed well.
  4. Pack the final mix into your pan and bake until the center reaches 155F Fahrenheit
  5. Whisk all glaze ingredients together while waiting for the meatloaf.
  6. Remove from oven, take the loaf out of the pan with the original exposed side facing down.
  7. Glaze all parts that were not exposed to direct heat and put back in oven for 15 minutes.
