Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. smoked sausage links

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, brown sugar, chopped onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
  3. Pat each portion around a smoked sausage link, covering it completely.
  4. Grill the link burgers over medium heat until cooked through and browned, about 15 minutes.
