Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped ham
  • chopped pepper
  • chopped onion
  • 1 can Ro-Tel dip
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, chopped
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
