Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Throw the hamburger, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper into a pan and brown in a teaspoon of oil.
  2. Transfer the browned mixture into a 1 1/2-quart dish.
  3. Add 6 slices of pimento cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  4. Mix the tomato sauce, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce together.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the cheese.
  6. Place 10 biscuits on top of all the ingredients.
  7. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are done.
