Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. beef bouillon dry (instant)
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Crumble hamburger into a 3-quart microwave dish.
  2. Add carrot, onion, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes and stir.
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes longer and drain.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients, except 1 cup water.
  6. Cover and cook.
  7. Stir every 6 minutes until vegetables and macaroni are tender.
