Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
