Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray sides and bottom of a springform pan with vegetable spray.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese; press mixture onto the bottom of the pan.
  4. Set the pan on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add melted butter, chopped garlic, and herbs, mixing well.
  6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust.
  9. Bake for 1 hour; then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 30 minutes with the door ajar.
  10. Cool the cheesecake, then cover and refrigerate.
  11. Unmold onto a plate and serve with crackers.
