- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray sides and bottom of a springform pan with vegetable spray.
- Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese; press mixture onto the bottom of the pan.
- Set the pan on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add melted butter, chopped garlic, and herbs, mixing well.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 1 hour; then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 30 minutes with the door ajar.
- Cool the cheesecake, then cover and refrigerate.
- Unmold onto a plate and serve with crackers.
