Holiday Quiche
A savory holiday quiche featuring ham, Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, and peppers, baked in a flaky deep-dish crust, perfect for festive gatherings and brunches.

- Prepare the unpricked pie crust on a cookie sheet and bake for 6 minutes at 450°F.
- Remove the pie crust from the oven.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
- Combine the deviled ham, beaten eggs, light cream, shredded Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, and pepper in a bowl.
- Sprinkle green and red peppers over the mixture if using.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
