Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, tomato soup, water, catsup, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar to the skillet.
  3. Cover and simmer the mixture for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
