Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cans luncheon meat
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Drain the crushed pineapple.
  3. Cut the luncheon meat into 4 slices, not quite through to the bottom.
  4. Place the luncheon meat in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  5. Mix the crushed pineapple with the brown sugar and honey.
  6. Spread the pineapple mixture between the slices of luncheon meat and over the top.
  7. Stud the meat with whole cloves.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
