Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 bottle ketchup
  • water
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 lb. chopped or chipped ham

Instructions

  1. Heat the chopped onion and celery in butter until softened.
  2. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, ketchup, and water to the mixture.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boiling point.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
