Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sharp grated cheese
  • 3 or 4 hot peppers
  • 5 green onions (tops included)
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimientos

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes.
