Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2, 7 or 9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook onion, green pepper, and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown.
  2. Stir in sour cream, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Break tuna into bite-sized pieces and add to the mixture.
  4. Heat slowly, stirring often.
  5. Serve over rice.
