Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can cut green beans, drained
  • 17 oz. can tiny green peas, drained
  • 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 oz. jar pimento, drained
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all vegetables and set aside.
  2. Bring to a boil all other ingredients.
  3. Cool slightly and pour over vegetables.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Keeps good for several days.
