Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. crab meat

Instructions

  1. Saute green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Blend in flour and gradually add milk to make a smooth cream sauce.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Add egg to the mixture as it cools, stirring well.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and crab meat, and blend gently.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
